Ignacio Parot Morales, Judge

Ignacio Parot holds a professional degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Economics specializing in Industrial Organization from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He also earned a Master’s  in Economics of Markets and Organizations from the Toulouse School of Economics in France.

Until July 2024, he served as a Senior Consultant at Oxera Consulting in the United Kingdom. Previously, from March 2019 to March 2022, he worked as a Senior Economic Advisor and Coordinator of Advisors in the Chilean President’s office. Between 2010 and 2014, he was employed in the Studies Division of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency of Chile, initially as an Economic Advisor and later as Coordinator of the Division. He served as an Economist at the Tribunal from October 2014 to February 2019.

He was appointed as a Judge of the TDLC in 2024.
