Judge Rojas is a lawyer from Universidad de Chile and holds a master’s degree in law from Columbia University, New York. From 2017 to 2020 he served as deputy judge at the TDLC. His professional practice has been developed mainly in matters of contracts, telecommunications, and antitrust issues. He is a professor of Civil Law and Consumer Law at Universidad de Chile and has also been a professor of Public Services Regulation and Consumer Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He was director of the Center for Regulation and Competition of the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Chile (RegCom), director(s) and deputy director of the Law School of the same university. He was appointed as President of the TDLC in 2022.
